➔Inspect/Replace Mat Washer Sponge Roller	➔Inspect Mat Washer Vacuum Motor
➔Inspect/Replace Mat Washer Brush, Bearings, and Chains	➔Stick Settling Tank/Ensure Pump-Out Scheduled

➔Inspect/Clean all Photo Eyes	➔Inspect/Clean all Foam Generators
➔Inspect/Replace Ball & Disc on Mitter	➔Inspect/Replace Mitter Center Sleeve
➔Inspect/Clean Body Wax Manifold	➔Inspect/Adjust Rubber Bump Stops

➔Inspect/Replace Chain Coupling	➔Driveshaft/Take-up Drum Replacement (if needed)
➔Lube Chain Coupling w/ White Lithium	➔Inspect Oil on Drive Gear Box (change every 6 months)
➔Change Drive Gearbox Oil	➔Belt Inspection: Belt, Sprockets/Drive Shaft, Chain Coupling, Glide Plates, Fixed Transfer Plates, Take-up Drum, Underrollers, Bearings

➔Perform Hardness/Titration Test on Water Softeners	➔Perform Chlorine Test on R.O.
➔Inspect/Replace R.O. Sediment Filter(check pressure Δ)	➔Inspect/Replace R.O. Membranes (check TDS)
➔Inspect/Replace Charcoal Media (check chlorine)	➔Check Reclaim Pump Pressure
