SLF / SLF1 | Communication Error | Common cause is loss of power, power cycle the unit. If issue persists, then there could be an issue with the RJ45 cable, or MODBUS Router. | |
OBF | Braking Too Sudden | Common cause is the Deceleration setting is too low and needs to be adjusted. If issue persists, the Line Voltage from the utility could be too high, cause the DC Bus Voltage to be high. | |
OPF / OPF1 / OPF2 / EPHO | Output Phase Not Connected | Common cause is a disconnect being turned off. Another common cause has been a loose connection, which could result in shorts and burnt wiring/equipment. | |
OCF / OCA / EF2 | Over Current Fault / Ground Fault | Common cause is a blockage in the plumbing or nozzles that the pump feeds/obstruction in the chain/conveyor. In some cases, the motor could be failing, or loose wiring, resulting in a short to ground or phase-to-phase. |
