Blocked by SiteLevel
This occurs when a plate is recognized by one lane, then recognized by another Lane within the Site Blocking time (see below), which is typically set to 180 seconds, or 3 minutes. This typically happens when a car goes through Lane 3, then the wash, then pulls up to Lane 2 or 1 after leaving the wash. This can also happen if the cameras for another lane read the plates from another lane, or pick them up as they are going toward the tunnel.
Blocked by Multiple
This occurs when a plate is recognized by one lane, then recognized by the same Lane within the Vehicle Blocking time (see below), which is typically set to 180 seconds, or 3 minutes. This typically occurs when the car is unable to pull forward through the lane due to high volume, and the Camera picks up their plate again.
Blocked by Site Radius
This occurs when a plate is recognized by any lane, but the plate belongs to a vehicle that has it's primary location set to another site that is outside of a 250 mile radius. In the above screenshot, the plate "0111" belongs to a guest that frequents the Tulsa, OK site, but the LPR system in Plainfield, MI picked up this plate. If two different guests in different states have the same plate, but from different states, this can sometimes mess up in the system, and we would need to set the preferred site for each vehicle to the correct site in order for the system to know which one is which. Otherwise, this can sometimes happen if the camera sees a ghost plate, signage, or vehicles passing by.
No Autostart
This occurs when a guest comes through a lane, but their subscription has been cancelled. The guest will either need to get a new subscription, set up Pay-As-You-Go, or simply purchase a wash at the window.
