How to adjust lane LPR cameras *This step requires cameras to be mounted see “How to mount LPR cameras”. 1. Take cover off from Sony camera with Security Torques bit. 2. Log in to 10.1.0.50:4108 via ethernet browser on a laptop or tablet. 3. The Sony LPR camera rotates on 3 axis’s 3a. Outside axis = This will rotate the whole image and change the orientation of the picture. Generally driver side camera will have the GREEN arrow pointing up while the Passenger side camera will need to be pointed down *see step x for E-flip directions.* 3b. 2nd axis = This will also rotate the whole image without moving the image up or down. Holding the outer axis will prevent the whole image from moving up or down. This axis also allows you to turn the camera inwards. 3c. 3rd axis this axis is the axis that allows camera to move Up/Down only no rotation happens in this axis. Please turn the camera inward facing towards the middle of the lane. 4. Adjust the camera so the plate is directly in the middle of the camera view do this for all lanes. (4208,4308,4408,4508,4608) 5. Close the camera cover with the security torque bit.
