Default password is 000000. 2.Open the main ‘Settings’ menu from the home screen. 3.In the Settings Menu select “Wi-Fi.” 4.Select your wash’s Wi-Fi network (this network should not be available to customers) and enter your network’s password. 5.Once you connect to the network select “iCloud” from main ‘Settings’ menu. 6.In iCloud settings select “Create a new Apple ID”. Or, if you already have and Apple ID for your wash, sign in and jump to step 11. 7.Follow the on screen guide to set up your Apple ID. Enter your Birthday, Name, Email address (use an email address associated with your wash), Password, and Security Questions. Select ‘no’ on Apple Email Updates, then agree to the terms and conditions. 8.After you set up the Apple ID go to the email account that you used for the Apple ID and look for an email from Apple to verify the account. 9.The link in this email will take youto a new browser window and ask you to sign in with the email address and password you set up.
Support KnowledgebaseUpdated August 201910.After the account has been verified, navigate back to the main “Settings” menu and select “General.” 11.Under the General settings select ‘Software Update’ and make sure your iPad is running the current version of iOS. 12.If your iPad requires an update it will restart after you instruct it to update. 13.After you iPad has restarted go back to “Settings.” 14.In the Settings Menu, select “iTunes & App Store.”15.In the ‘iTunes & App Store’ setting select “Sign In” and use your Apple ID from step 6.16.If this is the first time you are using this account it will ask you to review the account information, including Country, Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, skip to step 21. 17.Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap “Agree.”

Also enter the billing address for the card. 19.After all information has been filled out, select “Next.” 20. Now select “Start Shopping.” 20.In the upper right hand corner, select the search bar and type “Microsoft Remote Desktop.” 21.The first result should be this app Icon. This app should only be installed on one iPad Pro. 20.Enter your Apple ID password as prompted 24. A pop up will appear, select ‘Always Require’. 21.Return to the ‘ITunes & App Store’. In the upper right hand corner, select the search bar and type “Salesforce 1” 22.The app icon should look like this. This app will be installed on the other iPad Pro. 23.Select the “GET” button, then select it again when it says “INSTALL” 24.A pop up will appear, select ‘No’ 25.Click the home button to get back to the home screen and tap the “SETTINGS.” 30. In the settings menu tap “Touch ID & Passcode.”

It will ask you to input the current passcode of ‘000000’.28.Change the passcode to something that you will be able to remember.
