How to inspect the Mazzei Injector

Work Instructions: How to inspect the Mazzei Eductor

Preliminary Note: 

• Perform as needed or when receiving a "low vacuum fault" 

Tools Needed: 

• Two Crescent Wrenches 

Procedure:

1. Make sure the Purclean reclaim system is in “auto”
2. Unscrew the small nut from the large threads 
3. Check for suction with the tip of your finger
4. If there is no suction, the Purclean system will not perform properly and the Mazzei educator will need to be cleaned and/or replaced.

5. Screw the nut attached to the hose back onto the large threads
